Cancellation Policy

Little's Loft Play Café Open Play Policy Full payment is required to book your spot. Please review our cancellation and transfer policy below. * Less than 48 Hours Before Event: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event forfeit the entire amount paid. No refunds or credits will be issued. * Rescheduling: Open Play bookings cannot be rescheduled. * Transfers: You may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event. * No-Shows: Failure to attend without notification forfeits the entire amount paid. If you need to cancel or transfer a booking after the 48-hour window, please contact us at letsplay@littlesloftplaycafe.com with your booking reference. By booking, you agree to this policy.
