Cancellation Policy

Little's Loft Play Café Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your deposit secures your booking with us and is essential for managing our event spaces. Please review our policy below. 1. Deposits are Non-Refundable. All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. This covers initial administrative costs and holds your reservation. 2. Cancellations: * 30+ Days Notice: If you cancel 30 or more days before your event, you will receive a refund for any payments made beyond your non-refundable deposit. You may also opt for a full credit (excluding the deposit) valid for future bookings within 6 months. * Less than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeiture of all payments made, including your non-refundable deposit. No refunds or credits will be issued. 3. Rescheduling: * Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before your original booking date. * Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. * Your non-refundable deposit will transfer to the new date. * Subsequent cancellations of a rescheduled booking will result in forfeiture of all payments. 4. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your booking without prior notification will be considered a "no-show," resulting in the forfeiture of all payments made. 5.
